This e-mail is designed to help you get through
the purchase process quickly and easily. Just
follow the instructions below to complete your
purchase.
When
you are ready to order please do the following: |

Once
we receive both the Terms & Conditions and
Payment the following will occur:
1) Your project will electronically move from
Sales into Project Management.
2) You will then be contacted by your Project
Manager.
3) Project Management will confirm the details
(shipping/colors/artwork) of your order.
4) Project Management will coordinate your project
with our Production Teams.
5) Project Management will track your order through
production and keep you updated on its status.
Most of our kiosks are configured to your specifications
and will take 4-6 weeks of production time. This
lead time will include custom colors and graphics.
Shipping transit time
is not included in this lead time and will typically
take 1-4 business days if shipping within the
Continental United States. Other peripherals
such as Video Players, Industrial PCs, Industrial
DVD Players and All-in-One Kiosks will vary in
lead times depending on whether they are currently
in stock. For reference, the lead time for your
project is listed in your quotation in the top
right hand corner of the page.
